Video is super helpful. Took the covers off and unplugged everything, noticed the doorflap clip was broken on one side and the strike had come detached from the thing that moves it. Put in the new doorflap and re-attached the strike, re-attached the plugs and re-screwed everything easily. One note - we had to remove 15 screws and they were all different, so keep them organized for reassembly. Read more

I fixed it by removing the cover from the door's ice and water dispenser. I then looked for any broken parts. Then I went online to search for the parts I saw had broken.
