This small metal fastener secures the roller assembly to the refrigerator's bottom panel, allowing smooth door movement. Located underneath the appliance, it needs replacement if the refrigerator rocks, tilts, or has difficulty rolling when moved.
Ordered new water cooler from them, got it in timely manner, went to install and some of the parts were missing, called Appliance Parts on Saturday morning spoke with super nice and friendly lady who said she would send out another part, she did got it on Wednesday, so we had frig fixed in no time. Replace circuit board and Facade, I didn't realize the facade was broken under the sticker until I got it apart, have to order that part now, circuit board was super easy to replace. Read more
