Ordered new water cooler from them, got it in timely manner, went to install and some of the parts were missing, called Appliance Parts on Saturday morning spoke with super nice and friendly lady who said she would send out another part, she did got it on Wednesday, so we had frig fixed in no time. Appliances came with the house we recently purchased, but there were a few parts on the Jenn Aire refrigerator. It looked terrible!
