We had a power surge that tripped the washer breaker. It showed an E23 error code so I replaced the main control board (part number AP4362398.) All washer activity back to normal except it still wouldn't spin and still had E23 code. I removed the tub to pump hose (part number AP3837322) to find all sorts of goodies inside such as underwires from bras, a quarter, nickel, penny, and dime stacked perfectly on top of each other inside the filter, and tangled yarn from a rug. After a few days of our 16 YO Frigidaire Affinity front-loading washer (model ATF7000EG0) dancing around the room bellowing like an elephant in musth, I decided to fix it. Well, technically, my wife decided I would fix it. THANKS TO Wendy and Hannah both were extremely helpful with this order.  I receive the video from Hannah to see what the code meant and the parts (Wendy help my to get) were exactly perfect in completing my problem with my dryer. Replaced the water valve assembly. did not really need the dispenser part. problem mainly caused by hard water buildup where the hose connects. also replaced the hoses as they also had some hard water buildup. Read more

After examining it, 2 of the 4 retainer clips had broken off. My wife grabbed her tablet, found Appliance Parts Pros website, saw 2 videos featuring our exact model of washer and ordered the 3 parts to replace broken and soon to fail parts ! Our washing machine door boot seal was getting moldy and causing odor problems. Cleaning tablets and bleach weren't helping so it was time to be replaced. While I had the top and front off I changed all the hoses that could be collecting soap scum and mold, all other wetted parts were removed and washed.
