I pulled out the old housing and unplugged the motor. It pretty much came out in pieces. Remove the plastic from the motor, then had to take a pair of vice grips to hold the spindle in place to remove the auger. Remove what was still attached to the old Housing. Warmed up the new gasket in the sun and unkinked it. Stuffed a comforter into the freezer to keep cold air in.
