The video was generic but very good. I started trying to tuck the gasket like the video was showing, but soon gave up and pulled the screws around the door, the gasket snapped on and put screws back in. I know some viewers said they simply loosened the screws but I found it just as simple to remove them and the gasket snapped into place and had no issues with screw hole alignment. Read more

Ordered new sides. After replacement parts came, took digital pictures of original assembly. Disassembled the meat keeper drawer and mechanisms. Modified New sides to accomadate the control tape for temperature adjustment. Reassembled frame and guides using new parts.
