Ordered new sides. After replacement parts came, took digital pictures of original assembly. Disassembled the meat keeper drawer and mechanisms. Modified New sides to accomadate the control tape for temperature adjustment. Reassembled frame and guides using new parts. Replaced power cord. Note: Took old cord off and went to Sears parts center a couple of miles from my home. They said it was no longer available. Another major parts supplier also said the same thing. I found the cord on your site with my model number in under two minutes. Both suggested I buy a new refrigerator since mine was so old. The manufacturer no longer makes the duel socket as shown in the photo. It has been replaced by a single socket
Simple, just like the video I watched on line. It just popped out and all I had to do was unplug the wires off the old one and put the wires back on the new one. Real simple. Read more
This small metal fastener secures the roller assembly to the refrigerator's bottom panel, allowing smooth door movement. Located underneath the appliance, it needs replacement if the refrigerator rocks, tilts, or has difficulty rolling when moved.
