Watched on line Video. Only problem was in disconnecting wire "bus" connector from switch. I was unable to remove connector without damaging it. I "jumped" connector to prove switch was faulty. This also allowed my wife to continue to do laundry while part arrived. I ordered a 3 circuit connector, but this was not the correct part. I ended up removing 3 wires from old broken connector and attaching them to new switch without a connector. Electrical tape did the trick. Not perfect... Read more
This tub support assembly holds the washing machine drum in place and includes the spin tube for water drainage. This washer lid covers the top of your washing machine and contains the safety mechanisms that prevent the washer from operating when open. It houses the lid lock and safety switches that detect when the lid is properly closed. Used for direct drive washing machines. Complete assembly includes 2 level mechanism links, 1 level mechanism spring, 1 knurled pin, 2 rear feet, 1 pad plate, 1 suspension plate, 1 base pad, and 1 suspension spring retainer.
I ordered a Base frame assembly and front leveling feet along with locking nuts. I removed the broken parts by putting the washer on its' side and I removed the bolts on the bottom of the back panel and removed the motor and the transmission. I installed the new feet onto the new base frame and i slid the new frame into place and then I reattached everything. Read more
