Oven won't heat or light? This gas range igniter glowbar ignites the burner for proper heating. Moderate DIY repair, 20-30 minutes typical install.
From YouTube videos I was sure the issue was a blown igniter. There were numerous examples of how to replace the igniter on YouTube and the repair was pretty easy. Getting at the igniter was a bit awkward and I had to disconnect gas to get access to back of oven but the whole process only took 20-25 minutes. Read more

I was getting really frustrated with our oven. It would preheat to the correct temperature, then slowly lose heat until it was down to about 200 degrees. So it took about two hours to heat a pizza! Finally decided to repair the oven myself, rather than pay $300.00 to have a repair person come out. Ordered the replacement igniter from AppliancePartsPros.com, and it arrived in two days. I followed the instructional video on the AppliancePartsPros.com website, and it was going well until I... Read more

Replacement burner cap for 18K high-output burners. Sits atop the burner head to shape and distribute the flame. Replace if cracked, chipped, or worn.
Replaced the burners caps with new. I was concerned they would not fit as the website stated "approximately 3 inches, approximately 2 inches & approximately 4 1/2 inches etc.". When measuring my burner caps, they were slightly larger (by approximately 1/4 "), but I took the chance and all fit perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived too. I would definitely use Appliance Parts Pros again. Read more

Ranges, wall ovens, and microwaves require a hub blade assembly in order to operate efficiently. The hub blade works inside the device to help with the various heating cycles. With use, because of misuse, or as a result of accidental damage, the hub blade may stop working. When this component is no longer functioning, a replacement part is required. If the oven isn't warming correctly, the hub blade assembly may be the issue.Replacing the hub blade assembly is a simple process. A screwdriver, socket set, adjustable wrench, and wrench set are required. Always disconnect appliances before replacing components. Wear gloves for safety. The hub blade assembly is located inside the oven. To access it, the back of the appliance has to be removed. Be sure all parts are replaced and secured before turning the device back on.This hub blade assembly is a genuine OEM replacement part. It is sourced directly from the manufacturer. The part is sold as an individual unit and made of high-quality, durable materials. The hub blade assembly can be installed in various models of ranges, wall ovens, and microwave oven combination appliances. It is compatible with General Electric, Hotpoint, and RCA brand devices.

This is a genuine OEM replacement nut that is used on convection oven fans. This nut holds the fan onto the spindle. If the nut becomes lost during repairs to the fan, it will need to be replaced before the fan will work. This nut locks the fan to the spindle to turn and move the air around inside the oven. The fan helps the food to cook more evenly and reduces areas in the oven that are not cool enough or hot enough. If the fan is not working, the convection oven will not cook correctly.Convection ovens are different from regular ovens, and the fan is part of the reason. Convection ovens use the fan and an exhaust system to move the heat around inside the oven to cook food more evenly and faster. Many convection ovens have a setting that allows the oven to be used as a regular oven. If the nut is missing and the fan is inoperable, the oven can be used for regular cooking if it has this feature. Otherwise, the convection oven should not be used until the nut is replaced. This nut is a silver metal replacement part that is sold individually. It is designed for use in convection ovens made by GE and Kenmore.
