Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine. All five thermistors indicated ok on diagnostic also, but I read more than one time "replace the thermistors no matter what if your FF section isn't cooling". I took off the cover on the back of the fridge. Then took the small cover off the side of the compressor. Pulled off the relay and shook it and you could hear parts rattling inside. Ordered a repalcement and it's been working since. Read more
