The video was quite helpful with step by step instructions. I ordered a belt and idler pulley before dismantling assuming they were the issues. Belt was easy and fit fine but I did not realize the idler pulley was secured with a special fastener, push on cap nut, that would be damaged if removed. So I left it in place. Replaced knob by lining up the inside part of the knob with the knob connector on the dryer and pushed into place. Read more
