This ground wire provides a secure electrical ground connection for your appliance's chassis to help prevent electrical shock and ensure safe operation. It replaces a damaged or missing grounding lead. What it does:

• Connects the appliance chassis to the grounding point to safely dissipate stray current
• Restores proper grounding after corrosion, fraying, or accidental damage
• Helps eliminate intermittent electrical faults caused by a poor ground
• Works where a single grounding lead is required for the component or cabinet

• One ground wire

• Turn off and unplug the appliance (or disconnect power at the breaker) before starting any work
• Verify the original grounding point and wire routing before removal to match reinstallation
• Use appropriate tools to remove and reinstall fasteners; ensure tight, clean metal-to-metal contact
