This is a 75-watt halogen light bulb used in a range hood to illuminate the cooktop surface below. It provides bright, focused task lighting for cooking. Replace this bulb if the hood light has burned out, flickers intermittently, or fails to turn on.
I chose to buy the more expensive bulb designed for the Dacor Hood. I am so pleased. The bulbs I inherited when I bought our new home were not the true Dacor bulbs. I recommend the more expensive choice. They are brighter and more even in distribution. No doubt I made the right choice! Read more
