I spoke with the experts at parts pro and they suspected the main power board. I ordered the main power board along with the control panel. Since I was taking everything apart I decided to replace other components as well- thermostats, thermistor , sensor wire. When I was all done the old LG was back to working like new. The primary circuit board that controls all dryer functions including heating, timing, and safety systems. Located behind the dryer's control panel or in the main housing, it needs replacement when the dryer won't start, stops mid-cycle, displays error codes, or fails to heat properly.
I would have to disassemble the dryer every time I wanted to dry my clothes to hit the reset button. I replaced the Main pcb assembly and most of all the sensors in the dryer. Now it works perfectly. Anyone can do this! The prices are great and service is even better. Read more
