Unable to visually confirm the leaking component, but leakage was below the area of the Water Valve. Chose to replace the water valve, hose, and clamps. The dishwasher was a retrofit in an older house, so removal and reinstall were very laborious. Water Valve and hose replacement were 15 mins. I replaced both items. I lifted the racks out for clearance. with a small screwdriver, I flexed the flat springs holding the whole tube assembly. It came right out. Using the screwdriver, I popped the nozzle off, put the new one. I flexed the flat springs a little back into line to be able to hold the whole tube assembly, put the assembly back in, and pushed the spray arm onto the nozzle. Put racks in. done.
