Researched problem on internet, problem code indicated a dirty level sensor, advice was to purchase a new one. I ordered one from Appliance Parts Pros over the internet,, it,, amazingly arrived the next day. I installed the part, ran a couple of loads, it now runs fine...I saved the old one will clean it,,all gummed up with crud and keep it for a spare. Original lasted about 2.5 years. Went to Appliance Parts Pros web site and looked up part with model number and repair help. Performed continuity test on element to confirm problem and then placed order. As always APP's was great and shipped quickly. Ordered on Sunday had part on Tuesday! Replaced PCB (Samsung DD92-00008A) located in front door. A capacitor on the board, another chip and part of the board was clearly fried (blackened). A retractable sink faucet sprayer had loosened the outlet under the sink, shaken loose the outlet ground, and knocked loose the dishwasher plug which I assume shorted the dishwasher while running. Product diagrams showed no fuse, and power was still getting to the board so I assumed the board was dead. Read more
