After doing some research, I came to the conclusion that we needed to replace the dryer drum seal. The AppliancePartsPros web page was very helpful in identifying the parts available for our dryer as well as several "how to repair" videos. I ordered the dryer seal and adhesive required to affix the new seal. When the parts arrived, I began the dryer tear down process.
