After doing some research, I came to the conclusion that we needed to replace the dryer drum seal. The AppliancePartsPros web page was very helpful in identifying the parts available for our dryer as well as several "how to repair" videos. I ordered the two main components and replaced them one at a time to isolate the problem. Unfortunately, one of the two new units was defective. I received a new part from Appliance Parts and was able to fix the problem. The problem was the PCB Main Assembly and not the replaced Main Assembly. The website was amazing! I searched according to our model number so I was sure of the item I ordered (with the help of a support person who was available to answer my question at 8 PM on a Saturday night! The part arrived Tuesday (quick delivery as promised)! My husband removed the top cover of the dryer, unplugged the burned out board and within 10 minutes completed the process of plugging in the new part and restarting the dryer. It works great!
