This is the plastic frame that guides and directs water or ice from your refrigerator's dispenser system. It ensures proper flow and prevents spills when dispensing water or ice. Replace it when water or ice doesn't dispense properly, spills occur during dispensing, or the frame is cracked or damaged.
In addition to installing this moisture kit, a new dispenser control board must be installed. Use part number WR55X10270 for 4 or less buttons. Use part number WR55X10195 for 5 or more buttons.
Replaced the main circuit board , it was burnt at a relay . Then the dispenser board had no lights and would not dispense ice , replaced that board . I had been having trouble with dispensing ice , especially cursed ice , the motor would not turn to crush the ice . The solenoid for cubed ice was noisy . Ordered the solenoid and motor for the auger . To remove the motor it takes a special socket for the nut on the shaft , I used a 17/32 socket , the nut has reversed threads . It fit the nut very...
