This black control panel houses the dishwasher's electronic controls and user interface buttons. It allows you to select wash cycles, adjust settings, and monitor the cleaning progress. Replace this panel if buttons don't respond, the display is damaged, or if water has entered the control area causing malfunction.
Seal included. This sump housing assembly includes a 31-31.5 millimeter hole for the thermistor. If the hole for the thermistor is 32.17 millimeters you will need to order WP8572618.

Fix a dishwasher with disintegrated or malfunctioning keypad buttons. This control panel takes about an hour to replace with basic hand tools.
Replaced it with new Console. I was initially dismayed by the price which is 1/3 the price of a new dishwasher. However, this is not APP fault as it was the lowest price available. It is just a high priced factory item. The instructions were easy to follow and the only tool I needed was a "star" screwdriver, ( this shape *) six screws, a couple plastic release tabs( finger release), and one plug in connection. The wife is happy and I don't have to buy a new dishwasher...yet! Read more
