Staff very helpful ,,,,,,, while I did find a broken heater. Cleaning the dryer with compressed air fixed the issue. Moisture Sensor Dryer Thermistor do not like a covering of Dust no electrical likes a layer of dust when its trying to sense. This condition was hard to find anything on internet which is why I'm commenting. Slow count down was due to Dual Dryer Elements and one was broken. Replaced glass from samsung dryer, product came in 5 days using regular shipping. Product came secure and intact. Helpful video on web for installation. Used Philip bit and drill with adjustable speed and hammer setting. Read more
Order replacement glass door. Took doors apart and slip it on. It took long because I placed the latched piece in the wrong position. Otherwise it should just be 15 minute fix. Read more
