Fixes loose panels, rattling doors, or wobbly components caused by stripped or missing screws. Secures brackets, covers, and mounting hardware. Easy DIY.
Maytag Dishwasher (about 5 years old). Some of the buttons had stopped functioning. Then the Start button began choosing whether or not to work. Eventually it would not start at all. Upon removing the control panel, the first thing I noticed was that the brackets that hold the two lower screws were broken. (So this was the reason that the door was so hard to open from the time it was new.) I trouble shot the thermal fuse, the door-latch switches, and inspected the control board trying to find... Seals the water manifold duct nozzle connection in your dishwasher. Replace if you see leaking at the spray arm tower or poor cleaning. Verify fit.
Since my Samsung Dishwasher would not drain and had a flashing quick light, I removed the racks and both spray wands. Which allowed me to remove the lower screen assembly. This revealed a worn and broken check valve and broken grinder blade. I cleaned the inside of the dishwasher and removed the unit from under the counter. I removed and cleaned the brake assembly ( large transparent plastic section on left side of the dishwasher). I cleaned this for preventive maintenance by taking the float... Read more

Black access panel kit for dishwasher lower front area. Replaces missing, cracked, or damaged toe panel assembly. Secures under cabinet for finished look.
Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. The roller spindles should be sent with a packet of grease. When replaced, the door was even louder than previous. Used candle wax on the spindles and it's quiet as can be now. Read more

Using the parts, legs and the clamps that I ordered from appliancepaartspros.com arrived in time for quick installation. Ordered Bake Element, Y04100019 (Whirlpool AP4283614) to replace a broken bake element on my 30-year old Jenn-Air Model S125 Downdraft Slide-in electric range. Received the element very quickly but it had been damaged in shipping. Called AppliancePartsPros to report this and they quickly shipped another element - very easy process. To install the element, I turned off the power to the range, put on rubber gloves (just in case) and removed the two sheet metal crews at the rear of the oven -... Read more

Seals the water inlet connection to prevent leaks during fill cycles. Replace if you notice water pooling or dripping. Confirm fit with your model number.
After researching the Internet, I thought the drainage hoses were my problem. First I changed both drainage hoses. That didn’t solve the problem. I had to look for another area that was causing water to drip into the pan. I found water leaking from behind the brake assembly. Since I didn’t get an oE error code, I eliminated the brake assembly as causing my problem. I ordered a brake gasket and cover. Once I got it properly installed, problem solved! Read more
Dishwasher leaking from bottom or making grinding noise? The sump housing often cracks or wears out. Moderately difficult repair, about 45 minutes.
I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair. Just unhook the drain hose and the wire connectors, twist off the turbidity sensor and waste motor, pull out the shims and the whole assemple comes up and out. The hardest part was pulling the motor off of the assembly, since I wasn't sure if I needed to... Read more
