Started by replacing the upper and middle spray arms. After that no change, dishes in the upper rack not clean. Suspected low water pressure was causing the problem. Next, I replaced the water delivery tubing. Still no change, in fact now the dishes in the lower rack were not getting clean now. Next, I decided to replace the impeller. Research indicated that it may be a moisture sensor failure or a leak. It ended up being a leak from the oil seal on the motor shaft. A small piece of plastic made it's way into the system. The hot water softened it enough that it wrapped around the motor shaft, re-hardened, then tore into the shaft seal. I fixed it by replacing the shaft seal, moisture sensor (corrodes when it gets wet), and replaced the sump seal since I had it disassembled. Read more
