This dampener cushions and stabilizes the washer tub during spin cycles to reduce vibration and noise for smoother operation. It replaces worn or damaged suspension dampeners to help restore proper tub balance and quieter performance. What it does:

I noted the difference in operation immediately, the fan was moving at a higher rate of speed in a smoother motion.
