Replaced valve assembly & filter housing. Read more
Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place. I went on line to this vendor. I found the part then called to speak to a rep. He confirmed the oart. We ordered it through the rep and it came two days aerie then expected. While I can admit the packaging could have been more protective especially for a metal and glass shelf, it arrived undamaged and perfectly brand new piece. I troubleshot it and determined it is the motor and housing that were worn out. Waiting on the housing to ship before I replace all the components. When I receive it, all will be an easy fix. I ordered all my parts and all in stock were received on the date as promised. Read more
I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part.
