We ordered two new levers (parts #11 & #17). They came in two days--amazing! We watched the video for the ice lever, which was very helpful. However, we were looking for a separate video to show us how to switch out the water lever. Apparently there isn't a specific video for the water lever. The shelf frame provides structural support for removable glass or wire shelves inside the refrigerator compartment. Replace when the frame is bent, cracked, or no longer holds shelves securely in place.
Comes with 4 nuts and 2 inserts. Instruction sheet included.

Removed the old slide. Took a few minutes to find the part, but not difficult. When it arrived installed it in about three minutes. Put the drawer back. Read more
Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place.
