This plastic clip or bracket keeps refrigerator shelves securely positioned and prevents them from sliding out accidentally. Replace when shelves slide out too easily, won't stay in position, or retainers are cracked or missing.
The manufacturer no longer makes the duel socket as shown in the photo. It has been replaced by a single socket

My wife put a pan of bars under the ice maker to cool. This melted the ice in the bottom of the ice tray together. Once it froze the auger motor stripped the drive gear trying to dispense the ice that was frozen together. It worked on crushed for a little while since the auger motor runs backwards to crush ice but it still failed after a while. I bought this auger motor and swapped it out.
