I troubleshot it and determined it is the motor and housing that were worn out. Waiting on the housing to ship before I replace all the components. When I receive it, all will be an easy fix. I ordered all my parts and all in stock were received on the date as promised. Read more
I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part. Total installation time was about 20 minutes from start to finish. Read more

Appliance Parts Pros was the ONLY place on the internet that had this particular part. They saved me from getting a whole new fridge.
