I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part. Using online information about test ports I was able to narrow the problem down to either the thermostat or the motor/control module. To cover my bases I ordered both parts plus the alumilastic adhesive that is needed for the thermostat replacement. Removing this particular icemaker without removing the freezer shelves is a bit of a contortionist job, but it is possible with patience.
