The Halogen Light Assembly is an OEM part for Samsung ovens. It provides illumination within the oven cavity, allowing you to easily monitor the cooking progress of your dishes.

Bought new ones. Easy install if you use a blunt wire inserted in the small hole in the bottom of the rubber foot to expand the rubber lengthwise, therby decreasing the diameter. While expanded, insert into the hole in the grate. It is very difficult to install otherwise, as the rubber just bunches up around the hole. No amount of pounding will help. This burner base assembly replaces the oven's damaged or worn burner base to restore stable combustion and proper heat distribution for gas ranges. It fits original equipment configurations and mounts where the burner connects to the range. What it does:
Replaced the burner base, O-ring, and igniter (came as an assembly). Very easy to replace. Remove 2 screws that secure the burner base to the spill pan and unplug igniter to remove old base. Install in the reverse order. The manufacturer's service support told me the O-ring was only important for spills and is not important for burner operation. This is not the case.
