Bought new ones. Easy install if you use a blunt wire inserted in the small hole in the bottom of the rubber foot to expand the rubber lengthwise, therby decreasing the diameter. While expanded, insert into the hole in the grate. It is very difficult to install otherwise, as the rubber just bunches up around the hole. No amount of pounding will help. I check the troubleshooting guide and found that the temperature sensor could be the problem. I checked the Appliance Parts website to see what it looked like. Finally found it in the over. Ordered it from the picture / description on the site. It arrived early and I installed it. Oven is now working! We followed the instructions provided with the new element. When powered up for burn in phase, heard a loud 'pop'. Turned the power back off. Pulled oven out of wall to access the back of the oven.
