This OEM Replacement Part is a water filter designed to fit most models of Electrolux side-by-side and French door refrigerators. Its primary role is to provide clean and fresh-tasting water for drinking, cooking, and ice-making.
The filter's reduction rates significantly decrease a range of contaminants including Cysts (99.99%), Class 1 Particulates (99.10%), Turbidity (97.80%), Aesthetic Chlorine (97.40%), Lead (99.30%), Mercury (96.60%), and certain herbicides and pesticides. The filter operates at a flow rate of 0.5 GPM with a max pressure of 100 psi and a max temperature of 100 F. It has been tested and certified to ANSI/NSF standards 42 and 53, underlining its quality and performance.
This filter, measuring approximately 8" x 2.5" x 2.37", has a simple push-in installation process that requires no special tools.

First I called Sears to get a replacement clip. They told me it was not available, and I had to order an $80 drawer slide assembly. I couldn't believe that the clip was not a replacement part. I told them I will reconsider next time that I purchase a $2000 refrigerator or any appliance for that matter. I took the shelf out and the drawer slide. I then located a part number on it.
