These flue panels form the telescoping chimney cover for a range hood, giving the ductwork a finished look and allowing height adjustment to reach the ceiling. They restore the hood's exterior appearance and protect exposed ducting. What it does:

• Covers and conceals the hood's exhaust duct for a finished installation
• Telescoping panels allow adjustment to match ceiling height
• Helps prevent dust and grease from collecting on exposed ductwork
• Common symptom: visible ducting or uneven/choppy chimney appearance
• Common symptom: loose or damaged panels that rattle or don't stay in position

• Turn off power to the hood before starting work and follow all safety precautions
• Installation may require removing the hood canopy and supporting the flue while fastening
• Have a helper for steadying taller panels and aligning screw holes
