I bought a replacement turbidity sensor and swapped it out. Very simple and straightforward. However there is one trick to be know. When I pulled out the bad sensor, drain water spilled from the hole and trickled into the motherboard housing! I then had to pull out the board and check it for damage. I left it in front of a box fan for 5 hours just in case. All is well. Read more

Replaced 3-sided gasket on washer & bottom gasket on door. 2.5 hours to do the former job. Most of this time spent cleaning old rubber & RTV glue out of groove. Followed instructions that came with new gasket. Wrapped edge of putty knife with 2 layers of electrical tape to avoid damaging gasket while pushing outside edge of gasket into groove. Latter job only took about 10 minutes. No glue involved. Had to spread groove ends a bit with screwdriver so that I could get the leading edge of the... Read more

Restore proper heating and drying performance with this dishwasher heating element. It warms wash/rinse water and helps dry dishes at the end of the cycle so loads finish cleaner, drier, and on time. What it does:
After ordering a new heater and before disassembling the dishwasher to determine that it was in fact defective I found it was ok. After downloading the repair manual I saw that either the control assembly or the control pad on the door had to be at fault. I ordered both units from you and replaced the control assembly first and found that to be the fix. My first clue to the no heat problem was seeing small amounts of white film on the clean plates. I then noted the fine screen filter was... Read more
Fast fix - less than 1 minute. Did not have to remove the upper rack from dishwasher. Extended the upper rack and located the retaining clip holding the old spray arm in place. Released the old arm from the clip and snapped/slipped new one in place. New arm spins freely and dishes getting clean. Read more
Replaced motor and pump assembly. Pretty straight forward swap....removing trim brackets, hoses and turning the dishwasher over took as long as putting the new pump in. Only suggestion....offer the plastic mounting plate as part of the motor assembly. The rather fragile tabs that guide the motor bracket WILL break off when you remove the motor. They didn't break flush, so I decided to reuse it rather than wait for another one...so far so good. Other than that, great parts that fit, great... Read more
The error, water pooling in a containment pan on the bottom of the dishwasher, was caused by a leaking discharge hose. The hose had rubbed on the base frame of the dishwasher and made a small hole. Replacing the hose fixed the problem. Ordering the part made for an amazing story in itself. I ordered the part on Friday morning late and it showed up less than 24 hours later, and that was with standard shipping. I read on the website that the company prided itself with fast shipping, but I... Read more
