The square shaft was broken off in the recessed hole of the freezer door lock and would not allow the key to engage it to turn and lock the freezer door. R and R of door lock assy was necessary but not easy-it was accessed through a 1/2" X 1.5" slot in the inner ledge of the door that the hook from the lock protruded through to lock the door. I removed the lock retaining clip through the slot, slid the lock assy out, replaced it with the new assy and replaced the clip. All with curved... Read more
