I reviewed what could cause the problem on YouTube. Checked out the freezer and the coils were frozen. Thawed them out and checked the parts. The Defrost Thermostat and Temperature Control both had no Continuity. I did not checked the Run Capacitor but chose to replace it as well. Installed all three and now the Freezer is at 0 Degrees F.
