This is a metal support bracket that secures the oven bottom panel in place inside the oven cavity. It holds the bottom panel steady so heat distributes evenly during cooking. Replace this bracket if it is bent, broken, or corroded, or if the oven bottom panel is loose, rattling, or sitting unevenly.

One of the plugs on the EOC was burned and melted. Ordered a new EOC, overlay and wiring harness.
