Seals the gap between burner and cooktop to prevent spills from leaking underneath. Replace when seal becomes discolored, cracked, or loses flexibility.
I just replaced the seals on the burners on my cooktop. Read more
Seals between burner and cooktop to prevent spills and air leaks. Replace when cracked, hardened, or crumbling. Confirm fit with your model number.
I thought this would be a simple remove and replace, boy was I wrong. This repair became more complicated then it should have been. The screws holding the skirt were frozen and broke when trying to remove. Had to end up cutting the skirt using a dremel and a cutting blade. Was able to remove one of the screws using a pinning plier. The other one I had to bore it out using a drill bit. Once that was done the rest was a breeze, discarded bad seal, clean the surface, install the new seal and... Read more
Replacement gasket that seals around surface burners to prevent spills from entering the cooktop cavity. Replace when hardened, cracked, or torn. Confirm fit with your model number before ordering.
With only a quarter inch socket to remove the burner assemblies, replaced the seals, put everything back together. Easy peasy! Read more
This is a gas burner valve that controls the flow of gas to an individual cooktop burner rated at 17,000 BTU. It connects to the gas supply line and is operated by the corresponding surface control knob. Replace this valve if the burner won't ignite, the flame is uneven or won't adjust properly, or you detect a gas smell near the cooktop when the knob is in the off position.
Ordered the part. Arrived in a couple of days. Took the cook top apart and replaced the wiring harness. Fired it up. Works like a champ. We're golden! Read more
This electromechanical switch assembly controls a specific user or internal function and restores reliable on/off or selection response. Replace a worn or damaged switch assembly to regain proper control and appliance usability. What it does:
This assembly combines the spark ignitor that lights the gas burner with the orifice that controls gas flow to create the flame pattern. Located beneath each surface burner on gas ranges, replacement is needed if the burner won't light, has weak ignition, or produces an irregular flame pattern.
This ignitor orifice assembly replaces the burner gas orifice and ignitor used to light a gas cooktop or range. It restores reliable spark ignition and corrects flame delivery for safer, more consistent burner operation. What it does:
This wiring harness routes power and signals between a refrigerator's control components and electrical devices, restoring reliable electrical connections for operation and controls. It replaces a damaged or broken harness to help regain normal appliance function. What it does:
If your gas cooktop won't light or has delayed ignition, this ignitor orifice assembly restores the spark electrode and gas orifice for reliable starts.
Secures gas valve assemblies and mounting brackets to your range. Replace if screw is stripped, missing, or corroded to keep valve hardware stable.
This gas valve controls the flow of gas to a surface burner on a gas range. It is connected to the burner control knob and regulates flame height from low to high settings. Replace this valve if the burner won't ignite, the flame cannot be adjusted properly, or you detect a gas smell when the knob is in the off position.
This ignitor orifice assembly directs gas flow to the oven/burner igniter for reliable ignition and consistent flames. It replaces worn or clogged orifice parts to restore normal ignition performance. What it does:
Replacement power cord for cooktops and ranges. Connects appliance to wall outlet. Install when original cord is damaged, cut, frayed, or missing.
Replacement #8 x 0.500 inch screw for securing panels, trim, and brackets in appliances. Needed when original fasteners are stripped, lost, or missing.
Replacement mounting screw for refrigerators, ovens, ranges, and cooktops. Secures interior panels, components, and trim. Needed when original is stripped, missing, or damaged during repair.
This assembly combines the spark igniter and orifice holder for a 9,500-BTU cooktop surface burner. The igniter creates the spark to light the gas, while the orifice holder meters the correct gas flow to the burner. Replace this assembly if the burner won't ignite, clicks without lighting, or produces an uneven or weak flame.
I removed the cooktop main top. Lifted the foil insulation. Then I had to unscrew the tubes to be able to unscrew the Cooktop Burner Valve which needed to be replaced. Replacing was simple. There is really nothing difficult about this project other than being meticulous and deliberate so as not to damage any of the fragile tubing or losing any of the small screws. Read more
