This is a nut that is used in many microwave ovens. It is typically used to hold interior fan in place. A nut is a fastener that is used to hold two items together or keep one component secure against a surface. Use and time can cause the nut to become stripped, damaged, or broken. If the nut is broken, it will no longer hold the fan in the right location. The nut will need to be replaced. Before replacing this part, the microwave should be unplugged. Open the refrigerator door and remove the cover that goes over the fan. The nut can then be removed using a nut driver. Replace the other parts before using the appliance. This nut is used in microwave ovens manufactured by Crosley, Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Kenmore. It is sold as a single part. This is an authentic OEM replacement part is sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Size: 8-32t x 0.500 inch. Color: Black.
Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!! The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered. Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out. Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go! Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!! Read more

The Element Assembly is an OEM component specifically designed for Frigidaire brand electric ranges. Located beneath the cooktop surface, these resistive elements generate heat for cooking.
Prolonged use causes elements to warp, crack, or lose continuity over time due to normal heating/cooling cycles. Element failure limits cooktop functionality.
Causes of a faulty element relate to typical wear expected of high-temperature filament windings. Accidental damage during cleaning can also impact integrity.
Symptoms involve:
Replacing with this OEM Frigidaire assembly restores reliable and consistent zoned heating. Compatibility extends to some Kenmore, Gibson, and Electrolux ranges.
Range not responding to controls or display blank? This electronic control board restores operational control and user interface functions. Moderate DIY repair.
Replace a cracked, broken, or missing outer housing cover on your range. This trim piece protects internal components and restores the finished look.
Insulation panel installs inside the range cabinet to provide thermal barrier and sound dampening. Replace if cracked, worn, or missing for proper fit.
Oven not heating or baking unevenly? This bake element assembly restores proper heating and even baking. Direct-fit replacement for the lower heating element.
