I ordered a replacement handle from Appliance Parts Pro.com and installed it after watching the video at their site for a similar model. The video told of the trick on removing the door surround that allowed me to access the handle screws. I purchased new handle screws at the same time I bought the new handle. The new handle and screws were a bit different than the original but fit perfectly. Hopefully it will be more durable than the original handle. Read more
Got a replacement part from AppliancePartsPros and it was here the next day. Removing the panels to get to the part was relatively easy. It was basically unplug to old unit and plug in the new. Eight screws later all was working well. Read more
