This is a centrifugal blower wheel that mounts on the fan motor shaft inside the air conditioner to circulate air through the unit. It draws air across the evaporator coil and pushes conditioned air into the room. Replace this blower wheel if you notice reduced airflow, unusual rattling or vibrating noises, or if the wheel's fins are cracked, broken, or clogged with debris that cannot be cleaned.
