This evaporator fan support secures the evaporator fan assembly in the freezer/refrigerator evaporator compartment, keeping the fan correctly positioned for reliable airflow and quiet operation. What it does:

• Holds the evaporator fan motor and blade in place to maintain proper airflow across the evaporator coil
• Reduces fan vibration and noise caused by a loose or broken support
• Helps prevent airflow loss that can lead to uneven cooling or frost buildup
• Restores correct fan alignment after damage or wear

• Disconnect power to the appliance before beginning any service.
• Access typically requires removing the evaporator cover; handle foam/plastic tabs and wiring carefully.
• Inspect surrounding clips and fasteners and replace if damaged to ensure a secure fit.

Secures wire harnesses and ground wires to your refrigerator cabinet. Replace if broken or missing to prevent wire damage. Verify fit with your model.
