First, I watched an AppliancePartsPro video on YouTube to understand the replacement process. I sat the replacement gasket outside in the sun to heat up and work out the kinks and also used a hair dryer for the same purpose. I loosened the bolts that held the refrigerator door on the top hinge, lifted the bottom pivot rod door out of the bottom hinge, and laid the door across a table outside to complete the gasket replacement.
