It was fixed by a certified technician from the Appliance Store that I purchased the refrigerator. My KitchenAid refrigerator had a 10 year part warranty on the sealed system. The Tube-Disc and Compressor was replaced under this warranty. This part was on 2-weel backorder at Whirlpool Factory Parts.
