When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. I bought a condo, and did not realize the freezer shelves were broken. After doing some research, I thought the dispenser interface panel was the main issue with lights not working and not dispensing of ice and water, I ordered and replaced the panel. It should be noted that the clicking issue did start until sometime after we started having dispensing issues which is why I did not think the main control board was an issue.
