Bought the bleach box. Ours appeared cracked and was leaking water. Couldn't pinpoint exactly where from. It also wasn't sitting correctly. Was sagging in the back. Bought the tub ring assembly as well, but couldn't replace it, due to stripped and rusted out screws. Wasn't necessarily needed to fix leak. The rubber water hose that connects at bleach box appeared to have a small leak, and the clamp was rotted out. I cut 1/2" off the rubber hose and installed a new clamp. Re-mounted the bleach... This lid assembly covers the top opening of your washer and includes the necessary mounting hardware. It provides access to the wash tub while ensuring safe operation when the lid is closed. Replace it when the lid is cracked, doesn't close properly, or the safety switches don't function correctly.
