This combustion chamber directs and contains the gas flame and burner assembly to enable safe, efficient drying. It replaces a cracked or corroded chamber to restore proper combustion flow and reduce flame disturbances. What it does:

• Houses the burner and directs the flame through the dryer's heat exchanger for consistent heating
• Helps prevent flame roll-out and keeps combustion gases moving through the exhaust path
• Often replaced when cracked, corroded, or damaged—symptoms include burning smells, burner not staying lit, uneven or no heat
• Works with associated burner and igniter components to maintain reliable ignition and flame stability

• Turn off gas and power to the appliance before servicing; follow local codes for gas work
• Inspect surrounding seals, gaskets, and mounting hardware and replace if damaged
• After installation, check for gas leaks and proper ignition/venting before regular use
