This front panel is the exterior door-facing piece that restores the dishwasher's appearance and protects internal components. It replaces a scratched, dented or discolored panel to give the appliance a clean, finished look. What it does:

• Covers and protects the dishwasher door frame and internal components from damage
• Restores the appliance's exterior appearance when the original panel is scratched, dented, or stained
• Provides the proper mounting surface for the control panel and handle assemblies
• Helps keep water and cleaning detergents from contacting internal door parts

• Disconnect power and water supply before starting work to prevent shock or flooding.
• Removal and replacement typically require removing the door trim and fasteners; keep screws and brackets organized for reassembly.
• Handle and control trim may need to be transferred from the old panel.

Washer door frame protector cover installs around the door opening. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing to restore the finished appearance.
