Actually, one of the relays exploded, but pretty scary when it buzzed and popped then started smoking. Board exchange was pretty easy except for the wires that were free. I would take a photo first before you remove the old board. New board works great. Read more

It was a little tricky. I watched a video it helped a little . Took the door apart, that was the easy part, BUT putting it back, could not remember sequence of parts. I would suggest take a picture of each piece as you remove them that would help. Read more

Well since I am adept at the internet and YouTube videos, I told a couple of guys what they had to do but the gasket had hardened so much it wasn't easy to pull the gasket ends out of the holes so they took the oven door apart. Took much longer than expected so I would tell your customers to tug a little harder if the gasket has hardened. Read more
