Frequent referral to your tutorial video was extremely useful. In the video at 0.90 had trouble lifting the over door off. At 4.00 in video the factory installed insulation in our stove was doubled on itself and therefore only covered half of the perimeter of the insulation channel. Factory goof. Reassembly at 4.25 in video have to be certain BOTH sides of tabs engage large flat pan, since I took off both hinges. Not quite obvious in video if both door hinges were removed. Read more

First attempt was to replace the door latch mechanism...didn't fix it. Kept researching and the washer control knob had been hard to turn so it seemed logical that was the problem. Watched a few of your videos and ordered the springs and a insert, and actually got the parts right. I am not a Appliance repair guy but I am retired and I am pretty handy so I thought what the heck.
