I followed the video instruction on how to dissemble the bottom of the micro-convection to be sure it would be something I thought I could do (I'm a 60+ female who has never done anything of this sort before) and decided it looked simple enough. I ordered the Motor Turn, and when it arrived-much sooner than expected by the way-I just unplugged the old one, plugged in the new, put the bottom back on and screwed it in-except the two screws on the very back which you'd have to be a contortionist...
